He was predeceased by: his wife Beatrice Barbe (Brook); his parents, Rose Barbe (Petrin) and Leo Barbe; and his siblings, Lionel, Cleo and Susan Barbe.

He is survived by: his daughter Tracy Barbe (Ronald Kramp); and his niece Emily Boisvert (Larry Boisvert). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law and brothers-in- law.
