He was predeceased by: his wife Jean; his parents, Alexander McFarlane and Ella McFarlane; and his siblings, Ivan McFarlane, Dorothy Ryan and Edna Widdifield.
He is survived by: his children, Arlene Wheatfield (Warren), Sharon Steinke (Greg), Glen (Lori Baker), Ian (Leslie Williams), Janice Chepelsky (Greg), Doreen Keen (Brian) and Kathy Stewart (late Scott). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations to The Rotary Club of Englehart; St. Paul's – Emmanuel Community Church or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
