He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Briscoe and Rose Briscoe; and his nephews, Kelvin Portelance and Dene Wynn. He is survived by: his siblings, Thérèse "Terri" Walkey (Charles), Linda Clermont, Harold Briscoe (Marie-Rose), Charles Briscoe and Brian Briscoe (Marianna). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
