He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Louis French and Marie Louise; and his siblings, Marie, Andy, Adrien, René, Dan, Raymond, Rolly, Roger and Doreen.
He is survived by: his sister Patricia Vachon; his children, Jerry French (Linda), Dave French (Bonnie Devine), Wayne French (Diane), Donna Switzer, Allan French (Tracy), Len French, Sandra Whitty (Dennis) and Gary Dobratz (Donna); his grandchildren, Ron (Christina), Sarah (Mike), Alex, Johnathon, Courtney (Adam), Jade (Jeremy), Jenna, Matthew, Brett and Brittany; and his great grandchildren, Bryson, Devin, Anneliese, Maxwell, Benjamin, Jonathon and Michael. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, cousins.
