He is survived by: his wife Wendy (Coutanche); his child Dr. Shea Cox (Scott) of Temecula, CA.; his siblings, Sandra Pullen (late Neil), Tim Sadoquis (Kerry) and Marty Sadoquis (Joanne); and his siblings-in-law, Guy Coutanche (Joan), Mel Coutanche (Barb) and John Coutanche (Anita). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
