She was predeceased by: her husband Hugh; her parents, Harold Hosken and Mildred Hosken; her brothers, Richard and Harold; her in-laws, Wilbert and Valerie; her niece Kathy; and her nephews, Gordon and Sabastien.
She is survived by: her siblings, Linda, Joe (Barb), Brian (Charlene) and Lorraine. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and her special friend.
In loving memory of Fran, donations made in honour of her can be made to "Advocates for Northern Animals" for her life long love for cats and dogs.
