He was predeceased by: his father Larry Lorraine Cook. He is survived by: his siblings, Donna Knight (John), George (Mary), Barry (Shirley), Brian (Barb), Roy (Monika) and Robert (Carol); his stepsons, Allain and Jamie Gravel; his mother Jean; and his children, Sarah, Stephanie and Mitchell David.
