He was predeceased by: his parents, Napoleon Pothier and Rose-Helene Paquet; and his siblings, Yvon, Gaëton, Clement, Majella, Leo, Mariette, Julien, Rosaire, Francine and Nathalie.
He is survived by: his wife Lori Armstrong; his children, Mark Pothier (Tara-Lea), Jim Pothier (Carmen), Christy Burnside (Pete), Tyson Pothier (Tina), Stephan Pothier (Ashley) and Andrea Armstrong; his siblings, Marcel Pothier (Shelley), Florence Pothier (Louison) and Norman Pothier; and his grandchildren, Emily, Jaxon, Jenna, Caitlyn, Marshall, Keira, Lyric, Dontae, Hailey and Noah. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
