He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Shaw and Lylia Shaw. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Lynn Shaw; his children, Jo-Anna Shaw (Clark), Marjorie Shaw, Wendy Sleep (Gord) and Debbie Shaw (Larry); his grandchildren, Damian, Rilee, Morgan, Amber, Dustin, Mandy and Jamie; his great grandchildren, Violet, Daisy, Prestin, Reese, Avery and Amelia; and his sibling Glen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Memorial Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family and can be arranged through the Gordon A. Monk Funeral Home Ltd., P.O. Box 427, Minden, Ontario K0M 2K0.
