He was predeceased by: his parents, Stan Carter and Vivian Carter; his former wife Claudia; and his wife Bonnie. He is survived by: his children, Crystal (Frank) and Matthew (Amy); his stepchildren, Melissa Atkin (Heather) and Sean Atkin (Lisa); his grandchildren, Olivia and Nicolas; his stepgrandsons, Maxwell, George and Harvey; his brother Phil (Muriel); his niece Emma (Joe); and his nephew Garrin (Nicole). He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
