He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Chrcek and John Sr. Chrcek. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Chrcek; his children, Kim Goddard (Keith), Nathan Chrcek (Michelle Stewart), Timothy Chrcek (Molly Gillanders) of Kingsville, Reese Day (Michelle Moody) of Kingsville and Reselle Day of Leamington; his cousins, Mary and Joe O Hare of Ottawa; and his siblings, Sue Mihalik (late Andy) and Steve Chrcek (Linda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
