He was predeceased by: his sister Carol Vincent; his sister-in-law Mary Malott (Harley Malott); and his parents, Richard Balkwill and Annie Balkwill. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Balkwill; his children, Corey Balkwill (Margaret) and Lance Balkwill (Ann); his grandchildren, Christopher (Nicole), Jamie (Erika), Connor and Kate; and his siblings, Gail Sedlak, Bill Balkwill (Corliss) and Brenda Balkwill (Roy). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
