She was predeceased by: her parent Jacobus "Jake". She is survived by: her parent Elisabeth "Ellie"; her siblings, Pauline, Joyce (Richard McPhail), Paul, Gerry (James Jezioro), Mary and Michele; and her niece Katelynn. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles and cousins.
