She was predeceased by: her parents, Louise Petronella Kraus and Frederick Hermanus Barnardo; and her brother Eldred. She is survived by: her husband Roland Boegman; her children, Lisl (Jeff), Anton (Susan) and Leon (Genevieve); her siblings, Maureen (Brian), Trevor (Johannesburg) and Gavin (Laura); her grandchildren, Miranda (David), Linnea (Jesse), Sid (Emily), Archie (Sydenham), Alec (Victoria), Nicole (Sydenham), Theo and Naomi (Ottawa); and her caregivers, Erbien and Antony.
In lieu of flowers, the family would welcome memorial donations to the ALS Society.
