He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Theresa Scott and Joseph Knapp; and his brothers, Jack, Jimmy and Terry Knapp.
He is survived by: his spouse Valerie Potts; his children, Danielle Griffin (Tim) of Inverary and Kim Dixon (Scott) of Sunbury; and his grandchildren, Randy, Jessica and Mason.
