We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2018, Thomas William Kelly (Kingston, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Joan. He is survived by: his children, Donna Kehoe (Ron), Sally Stanton (Jack) and Kim Williams (Jamie). He is also survived by 7 granddaughters and 10 great-grandchildren.
