She is survived by: her child Samantha (Andrew); her parents, Leslie (Dale) and Larry (Dianne); her parent-in-law Ralph; her siblings, Michelle Tommy (Andrew), Jennifer Jocelyn (Andrew) and Bill Paul (Sandy); her nieces and nephews, Cooper, Cameron, Jaxen, Grayson, Taylor, Curtis, Ben Jonathan (April), Justin, Josh, John, Spencer, Lucas, Isabella, Tabatha, Marcus and Bryan; and her siblings-in-law, Brad, Craig (Gail) and Kelly (Glenn).
