He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; his siblings, Leon McAllister (Michiele Arndt), Janet Martin (late Albert), Elaine Janzer (Jim), Karl McAllister (Joanne) and Joe McAllister (Cathy); and his siblings-in-law, Pamela Murphy (Boby Dion), Maureen Diepeveen (Bil), Donna Murphy, Jill Thompson (Peter) and Ken Murphy (Kim Rennie).
