He is survived by: his spouse Bernie; his children, Cynthia Kay of Calgary, Colleen Gurnsey of Portland, Wendy MacKenzie of Blackie, AB, Christine Kay of Oakville and Robin Haapanen (Jouko) of Fernie, BC.; and his brother William Kay. He is also survived by his six grandchildren and one great grandson.
