He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwin Hall and Muriel Hall. He is survived by: his daughter Deborah Hall; his grandson Andrew Van Lare of Kingston; his sister Catherine Hall; and his nephew Alex Bender (Shirley Hale) of Toronto. He is also survived by his many friends and family.
