He was predeceased by: his sibling Shirley Lawrence (late Bob); his sibling-in-law Ivan Hunter (Maryfil); and his parent Alfred. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his daughters, Janine and Michelle; his siblings, Pat Dean (Len) and Alan Ballow; and his sibling-in-law Sue Seaman (Larry).
