Rita Lucille (Secord) Murray Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2024, at the age of 90, Rita Lucille (Secord) Murray (Kingston, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, Raymond, Jerry and Loretta (Barney). She is survived by: her husband Bill; her children, Diane Valentino (Nino), Richard (Marjorie), Michael (Kelly) and William (Denise); her grandchildren, Kylie (Scott), Sara (Matt), Laura, Billy, Ryan, Jennifer, Tara Kline (Mike), Taylor, Jordan, Benjamin and Sydney; her great grandchildren, Cecila and Barrett; her sister Claudette (Doug); her sisters-in-law, Betty, Sheila, Mildred and Felicia; and also, Richard, Caroline, Rose Marie and Pat. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Robert J. Reid & Sons (309 Johnson St, Kingston, ON K7L1Y6). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, December 24th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Cathedral (279 Johnson Street, Kingston, ON K7L1Y5). A burial will be held on Tuesday, December 24th 2024 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Mary's Cemetery (718 Division St, Kingston, ON K7K4B9). A reception will be held on Tuesday, December 24th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM at the Robert J. Reid & Sons (309 Johnson St, Kingston, ON K7L1Y6).

Memorial donations, for those wishing, may be made to St. Mary's Cathedral.
