She was predeceased by: her spouse Glenn Campbell; and her siblings, Sol (Doris), Harrison (Lanetta) and Iris (Donald). She is survived by: her daughters, Glenda Meyer (Wes) and Bonnie Campbell (Roger Sashaw). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations in Phyllis' memory may be made to St. Paul's Anglican Church (137 Queen Street, Kingston).
