He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Audrey; his sister Mary-Jane; and his wife Diane. He is survived by: his brothers, John (Sheila), Bob (Jane), James (Grace) and Tim (Linda); his mother-in-law Muriel Nesbitt; and his brother-in-law Ron (Sylvia). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
