He was predeceased by: his parent Henry Cowell; and his siblings, Verna Burchill (late Omar) and Donald. He is survived by: his parent Frances Cowell; his children, Edward (Janet), Neil (Pam), Deborah Rogers (Carl) and Darlene Perkins; and his sibling Lillian McQuattie (late Bob). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
