Medeiros (Connie); her grandchildren, Debbie Medeiros, Lisa Medeiros (Shawn), Lori Medeiros, Christopher Medeiros (Tina) and Tristan Medeiros (Kristina); and her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Jacob and Nathanael. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
