He is survived by: his parent Shirley Mikel; his wife Janice; his children, Melissa, Tom (Jessica) and Matthew (Natalie); his grandchildren, Aidan, Will, Noah, Maisy and Wesley; his sisters, Anne (Bob) and Kathy (George); and his parents-in-law, Barry and Betty.
