She was predeceased by: her husband Barrie Paget. She is survived by: her parents, Anglican Archdeacon Harry Alderwood and Ruby Gandier; her children, David (Bernadette), Gwyneth (John) and Trevor; her grandchildren, Phill, Brandon, Martine, Nicholas, Madison, Errol and Quentin; her great grandchildren, Zinnia, Zander, Brooklyn, Draven and Fitz; and her sister Ruth.

To honor Kay's memory, donations may be made to the Christian Children's Fund of Canada or the Kingston Seniors Association.
