She was predeceased by: her former husband Delos Cowan; and her children, Bernice Matheson (John) and John Cowan (Denise). She is survived by: her spouse Morris Charlton; her children, Richard Cowan (Linda) and Ralph Cowan (Gaby); her sister-in-law Elizabeth McAuley; and her stepchildren, Robert Charlton (Libby), Patricia Charlton, Peter Charlton (Colleen) and Andrew Charlton (Linda). She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Kidney Foundation in Kathleen's memory would be appreciated by the family.
