He was predeceased by: his parents, Kees Maria and Anna Maria; and also Veggel. He is survived by: his spouse Brenda; his children, Marsha Blakely (Bryan) and Susan Silver (Jeff); and his siblings, Marijke, Annemarie (Ger), Vera (Karel) and Alexander (Barbara).
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to go to the Transplant Advocate Association or to Osteoporosis Canada would also be appreciated.
