She was predeceased by: her husband James Edward Lindle. She is survived by: her children, David, Brandon, Johnathan (Megan), Chantel and Samantha; her daughter-in-law Amy; her great grandchildren, Charlie, Mia and Phoenix; her brother Tony Code (Brenda); her pet Chica; and her close friend Dawn. She is also survived by her family, her friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Janice's memory to Simpler Times, where she was cremated according to her wishes.
