It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Powell Coulter (Kingston, Ontario), who passed away on March 25, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his husband Onnie (Robertson); his children, Suzie Sault (Wayne), Joanne Lawlor (Grant), Paul (Allison) and Joe (Cindy); his grandchildren, Taylor Watson (Ashley), Shane Watson, Lauren Lawlor, Grace Coulter, Katie Coulter, Jackson Coulter and Mary Coulter; his great grandchild James Watson; and his siblings, Bob (Helen), Bill (Linda), Marg Coleman (late Roy), Tom (late Patricia), Jerry, Gus and Jane Keyes (Pat).
