He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth (Johnson). He is survived by: his children, Bill Balfour (Kelly Bowering) of Harrowsmith and Derek Balfour (Sue Braida) of Yarker; his grandchildren, Abigale and Ayrton; his sibling Ronald Balfour (late Marg) of Arizona; his parents, John Balfour and Mary Balfour; and his siblings, Theresa Riddell (late John), Bessie Thompson (late Doug) and Charlie Balfour (late Bette). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews many other relatives and friends.
