She is survived by: her daughter Skyler; her parents, Peter and Debbie; her grandmother Ellen; her siblings, Christopher (Charity), Nicole (Lenny) and Jennifer (Anthony); her aunts, David (Deb), Stephen (Julie), Trudy, Dianna and Darlene (Raymond); her nieces and nephews, Shelbie, Sarah, Isaac, Hannah, Ezekial, Ethan and Elizabeth; her cousins, Darren, Alison, Denise, Jessica, Adam, Michael and Ashley; and her uncle Andrew.

Donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or UHKF (Providence Care Hospital) in lieu of flowers.
