He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Joseph Armstrong and Dorothy Armstrong of Ottawa. He is survived by: his son James; his daughter-in-law Phyllis; his granddaughter Lee (Brett Russell); his brother Robert; his sister-in-law Erica; and his nephews, Andrew, David and Christopher.
