Gordon Michael Chase Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 1, 2018, Gordon Michael Chase (Kingston, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his spouse Tammy; his stepchild Colin LaFrance (Catarina); his mother Gladys Chase (late Gordon); his sister Karen Mucci; his nieces and nephews, Keitha, Ryan, Anthony, Giovannina, Elizabeth and Brody; his friend Bob Newell; and also Vinnie.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
