Gordon Calder Obituary

With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Gordon Calder of Kingston, Ontario, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Gordon left this world on March 24, 2025 at the age of 83, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Gordon Calder to show support.

As we bid adieu to Gordon's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Gordon has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.

He was predeceased by: his mother Alma Hayward of Springhill. He is survived by: his father George Calder; his wife Doris Patterson; and his brothers, Dr. Peter Calder of Kingston and Allen (Suzanne) of Elliot Lake. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of donations, John asked that people, "donate a good book to the library and read a good book while they're at it.".
