He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas and Irene; and his sister Jill. He is survived by: his wife Eva Ann; his daughter Angela Warner-McEwen (Mark McEwen); his grandsons, Robert Warner (Emily) and Andrew McEwen; and his siblings, Tom, Joe, Albert (Judy), Richard "Bud" (Judy) and Jane.
