It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George Wansbrough of Kingston, Ontario, born in Shelburne, Ontario, who passed away on May 2, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though George may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those George touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elgin Wansbrough and Ruth Wansbrough; his siblings, Jane Simpson, Ruth Dworschak and Sandy Wansbrough; and his brothers-in-law, Don Simpson and Frank Dworschak.
He is survived by: his wife Bibi (Brigitte); his children, Candace Franklin (Brian) and Greg (Lynda); and his sister-in-law Nancy Wansbrough. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and their children.
