He was predeceased by: his parents, James Murray and Euphemia Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Agnes McCracken McMurdo; his children, Linda Murray (Stephen Powell) and Dr. James Murray; his siblings, William (late Ellen), James (late Margaret), John (late Moira), Tom (Grace), Neil, Ronald (Clare), Lewis (Angela) and Marlene (Ian Fraser); his close friend Rob Shannon; and his grandsons, James Devon Murray-Powell and George Findlay Murray (Mum Jillian Booth). He is also survived by many friends, nieces and nephews.
