He is survived by: his parents, Miriam Lewis and Alfred Lewis; his wife Donna (Lounsbury); his children, Joshua (Maggie), Michelle (Jean François) and Benjamin (Azi); his siblings, Elizabeth (Paul) and Jonathan (Stacy); and his grandson Aaron David Thibault. He is also survived by his sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
