He was predeceased by: his parent Adrian Brant; and his sisters, Carolyn Claus and Lavina Brant. He is survived by: his parent Mavis Brant; his spouse Kate; his siblings, Joy Maracle and Trevor Brant; and also, Bill Brant and Marilyn Brant.
