He was predeceased by: his siblings, Frank, Jack, Don and Sue. He is survived by: his spouse Beryl; and his children, Jane Cooper-Nugent (Terry) and Laura Cahill (Dave). He is also survived by his sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and many friends.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations in Ted's name to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
