Susan Gibson wrote a sympathy message

“I was just listening to a piece from the musical Come from Away on CBC radio and thought of Dulcie:) I moved away from Kingston after my mom, Edith passed in 2011. Dulcie was a good friend and neighbor of my mom and I will fondly remember our visits along with my young daughter and driving Dulcie and my mom to the Legion. Hope the difficult days of losing Dulcie have turned to comforting memories for all her many loved ones. Kind Regards, Susan Gibson”
