She is survived by: her former husband Arthur Brebner; her son John; her husband Bruce Laughton; and also, Roger Laughton and Barbara Laughton.

After a long battle against Alzheimer's Disease, Doris passed away peacefully at the Trillium Care Home in Kingston on Friday, March 23rd, 2018.
