She is survived by: her spouse Aime; her children, Leslie and Christopher (Christine); her grandchildren, Michael (Jacqueline), Matthew (Ashley), Daniel and Jennafer; her great grandchildren, Lyric, Damien, Sullivan, Evelyn, Lucas, Stefan and Brantley; her brother Wayne Kirstine (Betty); and her nieces and nephews, Mary (Shane), Glen (Wendy), Sally and Sienna. She is also survived by many other family members, friends, neighbours, and her church family.

In lieu of flowers, donations made to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church in Kingston in memory of Donna would be appreciated by her family.
