He was predeceased by: his former wife Mabel; his significant other June McCormack; his stepson Bill Woods; and his sister Joan. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Michael Woods and Julie Carr (Daryl); his stepgrandchildren, Andrew and Kaitlyn; his niece Sonia Hayward (Andy); his child Nobby; and his friend Chris Hammond (Dianne).

Donations in memory of Cliff "Nobby" Clark can be made in support of musicians, in particular for local bands and school bands, for example Kingston's Musical Instrument Lending Library, The Joe Chithalen M.I.L.L or The Salvation Army of Kingston.
