It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Kathleen Keir (Kingston, Ontario), who passed away on October 26, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Arthur; her children, Gregory (Patty) and Mark; her grandchildren, John (Tiffany) and Jennifer; her great grandchild Leah Rose; and her sibling Diane (Bob).
