He was predeceased by: his parents, Michele and Filomena; his brother Vincenzo (Elizabeta); and his father-in-law Salvatore. He is survived by: his wife Maria; his sons, Michael (Connie) and Carlo (Christina); his mother-in-law Giuseppina; his stepgrandchildren, Brittany (Ned), Brandon (Megan), Paige, Logan, Ned and Tomas; his brother-in-law Vincenzo (Cathy); and his nieces and nephews, Michele, Filomena, Giuseppe (Jackie), Roberto (Erin), Angela (Jason), Nicholis, Jonathan, Skylar and Victoria.
As expression of sympathy, donations may be made to U.H.K.F (either Cancer Centre of Southeastern Ontario or Chances for Children), in Mr. Agostinelli's memory.
