He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Garrah and Maizie Garrah. He is survived by: his children, Bernadette Garrah, Kingston Anderson and Catharine Anderson (Chris); his grandchildren, Ephraim, Ezra and Phoebe Anderson; and his siblings, Sandra Denard (Ron), Donna Moore (Richard), Camden East, Deborah Garrah (Peter Goth), Kingston Craig and Tracey Craig (Tim). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and friends.
